Data Privacy

(1) General
Health World (HW) will process your personal data (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number) solely in accordance with German data privacy laws. HW hereinafter informs you of the type, scope and purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data. This data privacy declaration applies solely to the internet page www.hw-on.com. Should the client reach the aforementioned page of HW from other internet pages (e.g. in the case of a link), variations in handling of data may exist. The client should, if need be, therefore inform himself about the handling of data there.

(2) Confidentiality
Health World UG (limited liability) treats all data / information acquired in the course of execution of contract with strict confidentiality. Data are only passed on to third parties with the client’s consent.

(3) Inventory data
Personal data, insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content or change of the contractual relationship (inventory data), are used solely for the processing of the contract concerned. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties not involved in processing of the contract without the client’s explicit consent or a legal basis. After complete processing of the contract your data will be blocked for further use and deleted on expiry of the holding periods stipulated in tax and commercial law save the client has not explicitly consented to further use.

(4) Information
According to the German Federal Data Protection Act, the client is entitled, free of charge, to demand information on stored data pertaining to him and, if applicable, its correction, blocking or deletion.

(5) Information on cookies / “Google Analytics”
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files saved on your computer to enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie on your use of this website (including your IP address) is sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for the website operator and to render other services related to website usage and internet usage.
